Return & Refund Policy

📌 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the product

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must include invoice, box, and all accessories
  • No physical damage caused by the customer

  • Accessories (unless defective)
  • Software-related issues before or after use

  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • Refund method: MFS / Bank / Store credit
  • Processing time: 3–7 working days
