📌 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the product

- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Must include invoice, box, and all accessories
- No physical damage caused by the customer

- Used or damaged products
- Accessories (unless defective)
- Software-related issues before or after use

- Refunds are processed after inspection
- Refund method: MFS / Bank / Store credit
- Processing time: 3–7 working days
